Informational on V - 2009 Issues

What Would We Be Missing Without Them?

cover0909I consider the last two movies I saw. I learned about Julie & Julia through a preview - a type of advertising - and then by word of mouth. (500) Days of Summer I've seen on a national TV ad and heard about in an interview on NPR - a result of marketing. I've discovered favorite products, restaurants, and shops as a result of ads (including, of course, V Magazine for Women ads!).
Marketing agencies - through press, ad design and placement, p.r., new media, etc. - do great favors for businesses and consumers alike! Without them, consumers wouldn't learn about many great new products and services. Without them, many businesses could not survive. In this month's issue of V, you'll learn about just a few of the many women in Richmond who act as the liaison between consumer and business - Taylor Malbon, Copeland Casati, Wendy LaMaskin, and Stacy Murphy Johnson.

Also in this month's issue, you'll read about two terrific learning opportunities, find V Community listings, discover V & Regal Cinemas upcoming Ladies Night, and puzzle over our Inspirational Scramble - in fact, if you send in your answer to the Positive Puzzle, you'll be entered to win a gift certificate to India K'Raja!

More articles of interest to the women of Central Virginia will be found throughout the web pages here at MyVMagazine.com.

Be sure to check out our advertisers, too. Without their support, we couldn't support the women of Virginia. Be sure to tell them you saw their ad in V!
