We Are Woman: Short Changing Yourself?
| V Community News - Voices |
We often short change ourselves by giving up to early once we've thrown our coins into the wishing well or faith pot. Perhaps we are needing a new job, or hoping for our children to straighten up and fly right, or even a relationship that needs to work or change is needed. We often short change ourselves or give up to early by letting our minds and emotions convince us that it's all just too much and our desires, hopes and dreams will never work out - not for us.
Whatever you desire that’s pure in heart can work. Ladies, straighten your back, stand tall, fix your mind, get your emotions in control, hold your head up and do not give up on any good thing that you wish or, better said, which you deserve. Why is it that we believe that the unfortunate or the misfortunes are appropriate for us to have without even a hint of trying to fight -– without considering the opposite? Why is it that when life hands us the undesirable, in most cases, we accept it for the norm - instead of handing it back. Ladies stop! This life, our lives, are meant for us to live fulfilled, happy, creative and a life that is unforgettable to us and others. When will we begin to own this concept? We must remember who we are as women and identify with Him who created us. We were created with the perfect intention of living a life full and to dominate the unfortunates, misfortunes and victories within our world. This can be done if we make the decision to not compromise this concept.
