Don’t Sweat It

by Doreen Washington

we_are_womanLadies, why do we demonstrate such impatience and urgency when desiring a companion or husband?  The loving ladylike personality has diminished and now we've stepped out of ourselves and into someone who has has tendencies of desperation.  Where has the softness, gentleness - yet firmness of temperament gone to?  Why have we allowed this feeling of urgency and impatience to sweat us so much?  There is no need to sweat the waiting process.  We must continue to show our softer side and genuinely lose the urgency of needing him now.  Don't sweat it – he will draw to you instead of away from you.  The sense of urgency and a panic temperament is so unbecoming of a lady.  Don't sweat it -- he's waiting to show himself to you?

What happened to our loving, kind, gentle to touch, soft to the eyes and a lasting aroma that he will remember - what happened to it?  It has been substituted with the urgency of having him.  We really don’t have to try so hard -- just relax in who you are.  We have what it takes for him to notice us naturally and it is good.

Remember your worth and what wonderful things you have to offer a relationship or marriage.  Let's not short change ourselves by being motivated by urgency – opening us up for snatching the wrong mate. Let patience have its perfect work -- having us wanting for nothing no matter how long it takes.  We are women!
