“Tomato Celebration!”
Locavore Dinner at the Tides Inn
Virginia's Northern Neck's top-rated resort, the Tides Inn, regularly presents fine dining events featuring local foods and wines.
July is the peak season for locally grown tomatoes. Chef TV Flynn takes the best tomatoes the region produces and turns them into an outstanding four course dining event. Come see for yourself just how good these “picked that day” heirloom tomatoes really are. Paired with the fine wines of the Northern Neck’s own Ingleside Vineyards, the July 2010 locavore dinner promises to offer the best of the region at the peak of the season!

3rd Course: Herb Roast Loin of Veal
